Role Summary
The PGT Hindi Teacher Job in Shahdara at Kala Niketan Sr. Sec. Bal Vidyalaya is a full-time opportunity for a qualified and experienced teacher to join our faculty. You will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from classes 6 to 12, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi to classes 6 to 12, focusing on language skills, literature, and cultural studies
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, catering to diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects
- Participate in school events, festivals, and cultural activities
- Conduct remedial teaching for students in need of additional support
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and pedagogical best practices
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and committees as required
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, with a strong academic background in Hindi. A post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field is preferred. Experience in teaching Hindi at the secondary or senior secondary level is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. TET or CTET certification is desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The remuneration package for this role includes Rs.45,000 - Rs.75,000 per month, along with a range of benefits, including:
