Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Prepare detailed lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methodologies and student-centric approaches. Collaborate with subject coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment and continuous improvement in teaching strategies. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss pedagogical trends and share innovative teaching techniques. Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, such as math competitions or workshops, to encourage student engagement.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct formative and summative evaluations to assess student performance and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required by the institution. Attend professional development workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational reforms.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. Possess a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Minimum two years of teaching experience in mathematics at the primary or secondary level preferred. Experience in teaching in a residential or co-educational school setting is advantageous.
Salary and Location
