What You Will Do
- Design and deliver engaging Economics lessons to students in class XI and XII, aligning with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Develop and implement projects that integrate Economics with other subjects, such as Mathematics and History.
- Provide guidance and support to students struggling with Economics concepts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Economics and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and creativity.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the Economics department.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- CTET or TET certification (preferable but not mandatory).
Good to Have
- Teaching experience in a school setting.
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies for teaching and learning.
