Leadership Opportunity

Strategic Responsibilities
1. Design and implement a cutting‑edge Mathematics curriculum aligned with state standards.
2. Lead the Mathematics faculty in collaborative lesson planning and peer observation.
3. Mentor junior teachers, fostering professional growth and instructional best practices.
4. Analyze assessment data to drive targeted interventions and improve student performance.
5. Coordinate inter‑departmental projects that integrate Mathematics with technology and real‑world problem solving.
6. Represent the school at educational forums and community outreach in Kalkaji.
7. Oversee the preparation and execution of annual Mathematics competitions and exhibitions.
8. Serve as a liaison between administration and teachers to align goals and resources.
9. Prepare strategic reports on departmental progress for senior leadership meetings.
What You Bring
A master’s degree in Mathematics or related field, B.Ed or D.El.Ed, and at least three years of teaching experience. Proven leadership in curriculum development, team building, and data‑driven instruction is essential. TET or CTET certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
