Blended learning means some days are flipped—students watch your recorded lectures at home and solve problems in class. Homework is auto-graded in the LMS, giving you more time for doubt-clearing.
What You Will Do
Integrate GeoGebra and Desmos into daily geometry and algebra lessons for deeper understanding. Upload lesson videos, MCQs, and assignments on Google Classroom before 8 p.m. the previous day. Monitor LMS analytics to identify students needing extra help in algebra or calculus. Conduct weekly live doubt-clearing sessions on Zoom for senior secondary batches. Create interactive worksheets using Kami or Nearpod for formative assessments. Train students on using scientific calculators and graphing tools during lab sessions. Maintain digital portfolios of student projects in LaTeX for senior classes. Collaborate with the IT team to update device firmware and LMS permissions.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian institution. One year of full-time teaching experience in a CBSE or state board school. Prior use of smart boards, Google Classroom, or similar LMS is advantageous.
Skills We Value
