Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver Physics lessons for Classes 11 and 12 using modern teaching aids and demonstrations. Conduct regular tests, assignments, and mock exams to assess student progress and prepare them for board and competitive exams. Organize laboratory experiments and ensure safe handling of equipment while guiding students through practical applications of theoretical concepts.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and student feedback to track performance trends. Collaborate with other science teachers to align curriculum delivery and share best practices. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns collaboratively.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed degree is mandatory for this PGT Physics Teacher in South Delhi, Delhi position. Candidates must have a valid teaching qualification recognized by NCTE.
Preferred Skills
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Experience in teaching Physics for at least 3 years at the senior secondary level. Familiarity with NCERT and CBSE syllabi, along with proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Salary and Benefits
