Collaborate with senior faculty to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities in political science. Act as a mentor for students, guiding them in understanding contemporary political issues and democratic values. Organize extra-curricular activities like debates, model United Nations (MUN) sessions, and guest lectures by political experts.
Qualifications
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Political Science. Strong subject knowledge in Indian and international politics, governance, and political theory is essential. Familiarity with CBSE or state board syllabi for Political Science will be an added advantage.
Experience
Proven experience of at least four years in teaching Political Science at the secondary or senior secondary level. Experience in schools with a focus on student engagement and academic leadership is highly desirable. Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse student backgrounds is a must.
Salary and Employment
