Collaborate with the school’s activity coordinators to embed Political Science concepts in assembly talks and morning circles. Mentor newly joined Political Science teachers, conducting demonstration lessons and feedback sessions. Analyze past board results to identify weak areas and refine instructional methods accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Political Science with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory for classroom teaching at the senior secondary level. TET/CTET certification preferred but not compulsory for this position.
Three to five years of teaching experience in Political Science at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school. Familiarity with Defence Coloni’s local civic issues is an added advantage for contextualizing lessons. Experience in guiding students for board examinations and competitive exams will be considered.
Eligibility for TGT posts will be relaxed for experienced PGT candidates with strong subject command. Preference given to candidates who have published articles or participated in Political Science seminars. Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi is essential for classroom delivery and department coordination.
