What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of Class 11th and 12th in Psychology
- Prepare and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and evaluate teaching effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials and assessments
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's academic programs
- Provide guidance and support to students outside the classroom
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Psychology and incorporate relevant concepts into the curriculum
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- Post-Graduate degree in Psychology (PGT) from a recognized university
- Two years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification
- Experience in teaching Psychology in a school setting
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment frameworks
