Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive chemistry lessons that align with the state syllabus.
Assess student performance through tests, quizzes and practical work, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain laboratory safety protocols and manage lab inventories.
Participate in faculty meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events.
Mentor and support students in science competitions and extracurricular projects.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required.
TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven record of improving student outcomes in chemistry.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.25,000 – Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
