Role Summary
We are inviting applications for the position of TGT Chemistry Teacher to join our dynamic team at Bal Niketan Public School. As a Chemistry Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students. This is a full-time position that requires a postgraduate degree in Chemistry and a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to students of Class 6 to 10
- Prepare and administer Chemistry assessments and exams
- Develop and implement new Chemistry lesson plans and materials
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide guidance and support to students outside of class
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in the field of Chemistry
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school-wide initiatives
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, you should have a postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). A certificate in Teaching English through the medium of English (CTET) or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
