TGT Hindi Teacher Position at Amity International School in Saket, South Delhi
Amity International School in Saket, South Delhi is seeking a dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher to join its vibrant academic community. This role focuses on delivering high-quality language instruction, fostering cultural awareness, and nurturing students’ linguistic skills through engaging classroom activities. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while incorporating modern teaching techniques. Daily instruction will cover grammar, literature, composition, and cultural studies, ensuring students develop fluency and confidence in spoken and written Hindi. The teacher will also assess progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to help students improve. Collaborating with the Hindi department will involve participating in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development workshops to enhance teaching methods. Additionally, the role includes organizing extracurricular activities such as poetry recitals, debates, and cultural events to enrich students’ language exposure beyond the classroom.
A strong background in Hindi literature, grammar, and teaching methods is essential. The candidate should hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Hindi or a related field. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Four years of relevant teaching experience, particularly in Hindi or language education, will be highly valued. The successful applicant should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with diverse student groups.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within one of Delhi’s leading educational institutions.
