Provide mentorship to junior Hindi teachers, including guidance on classroom management and teaching techniques. Organise Hindi language events such as kavi sammelan, debate competitions, and story-writing workshops. Maintain academic records and submit periodic reports on Hindi department progress.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Hindi with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum five years of teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary level. TET or CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with prior experience in Defence Colony or nearby areas will be given preference. Knowledge of local student demographics and cultural context is beneficial. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns is essential.
