Teaching Approach
Lessons will be structured around flipped-classroom modules where students preview video lectures on the LMS before coming to class. Google Classroom will host quizzes, assignments, and formative assessments with auto-graded MCQs for immediate feedback.
Day-To-Day Duties
Plan weekly lesson flows that integrate digital content with textbook exercises and project work.
Create and upload 5–7 minute concept videos for each chapter on the school’s LMS.
Conduct live problem-solving sessions on smart boards using stylus-based annotations.
Assign adaptive worksheets on Google Classroom that adjust difficulty based on prior performance.
Monitor attendance, assignment submissions, and assessment scores in the school’s ERP dashboard.
Collaborate with the ICT team to troubleshoot projector, stylus, or LMS issues during class.
Organize monthly math fairs where students showcase digital models and simulations.
Attend fortnightly tech-integration workshops to stay updated on new tools and features.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Two years of full-time Mathematics teaching experience at the secondary level.
Proficiency in Hindi and English; ability to explain concepts bilingually.
Prior use of Google Classroom, LMS, and smart-board tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
