TGT Mathematics Teacher Job in South Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
The incumbent will design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for classes IX‑XII, ensuring each lesson plan aligns with the school’s academic goals. Daily preparation will include creating worksheets, quizzes and project‑based activities that reflect the standards of the Mathematics Teacher Job in South Delhi. Regular assessment design and marking will help track student progress and inform differentiated instruction. Teachers are expected to maintain detailed records of student performance and provide feedback to parents and senior faculty.
Key Duties
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to varied learner abilities and promote critical thinking.
- Align instructional strategies with the overall curriculum framework without referencing specific boards.
- Construct formative and summative assessments, analyze results and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Monitor individual student progress, maintain grade books, and generate periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with department heads for interdisciplinary projects and participate in staff development sessions.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Mathematics with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Holding a TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not compulsory.
Experience
At least four years of full‑time teaching experience, preferably in a co‑educational environment similar to Dev Samaj Modern School | Delhi, handling senior secondary Mathematics classes.
Salary
Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, payable as per the school’s standard payroll schedule.
Location
