Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect for all learners.

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities that promote inter disciplinary learning.
- Develop and use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and understanding.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, including digital resources and online platforms.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Sanskrit or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Inclusive pedagogy that values diversity and promotes social justice.
- Patience and understanding in working with students who may have special needs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
