Organize debates, quizzes, and project work to enhance learning beyond textbooks.
Prepare monthly teaching plans and maintain updated records of student performance and attendance. Use audio-visual aids and digital resources to make lessons interactive and relatable for students from Sarita Vihar and surrounding areas. Collaborate with colleagues during subject enrichment activities and inter-house competitions.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide constructive feedback on student development. Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required by Bal Niketan Public School.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Social Science with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science at the middle school level is required. Candidates with TET or CTET certification will be given preference.
