What You Will Do

Mentor junior Physics teachers through regular classroom observations, feedback sessions, and resource sharing to enhance overall teaching quality.
Conduct weekly doubt-clearing sessions for students targeting IIT-JEE and other engineering entrance exams. Organize and lead monthly parent-teacher interactions focused on academic progress and exam strategies. Introduce innovative teaching methods such as flipped classrooms, project-based learning, and advanced lab demonstrations to deepen conceptual understanding.
Coordinate with the administrative team to manage Physics lab resources, ensuring availability of modern equipment and updated experimental kits. Plan and execute quarterly academic workshops for students and parents to build awareness about IIT preparation pathways. Collaborate with the curriculum team to integrate digital learning tools and simulation software into daily Physics instruction.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physics with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in Physics at the secondary or senior secondary level. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role at Shaheen Academy.
CTET or TET certification is preferred but not compulsory. Candidates with prior experience in coaching students for IIT-JEE or similar competitive exams will be given preference. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and board exam patterns is essential.
