About This Role
Shaheen Academy uses digital whiteboards, real-time student response systems and cloud-based lesson planning to keep every Chemistry class connected and engaging. The NEET Chemistry Teacher will lead Grade XI–XII students through structured, exam-focused modules while integrating technology into daily instruction. Candidates should have prior experience teaching NEET-level Chemistry in a technology-forward environment.
How You Will Teach
Lessons will be delivered on smart boards with interactive simulations for molecular bonding and periodic trends. Google Classroom will host daily assignments, NEET practice tests and recorded micro-lectures for revision. An LMS tracks concept mastery and flags weak areas before mock tests. Blended learning combines live problem-solving sessions with self-paced video lessons for JEE/NEET aspirants in Kalkaji.
What You Will Do
Create daily NEET Chemistry worksheets aligned to the latest NTA syllabus and upload them to the LMS within two hours of class. Record 5–7 minute concept videos every week covering topics such as coordination chemistry and electrochemistry for flipped-classroom use. Monitor Google Classroom analytics to identify students who need extra help and schedule targeted doubt-clearing sessions in the evening. Maintain a digital lab logbook where students upload their observations from virtual chemistry labs. Organize weekly online NEET mock tests using proctored platforms and analyze question-level data to refine teaching focus. Collaborate with the ICT team to upload 3D molecular models and reaction mechanisms to the LMS for student review. Conduct parent-teacher meetings via video calls using the school’s secure portal and share individual progress dashboards. Participate in monthly curriculum sync-ups with other NEET Chemistry Teachers in South East Delhi to align content and assessments.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a NCTE-recognized institution is mandatory. Three years of full-time teaching experience in NEET Chemistry for Classes XI–XII. Prior use of Google Classroom, LMS platforms and smart boards is strongly preferred.
Skills We Value

What You Get
Rs.70,000 to Rs.150,000 per month based on qualifications and experience. Shaheen Academy provides subsidized transport within South East Delhi and access to an in-house digital resource library.
