Role Summary

2. Teach Economics to classes 11 and 12, using innovative teaching methods and techniques to engage students.
3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and performance.
4. Provide guidance and support to junior staff in the Economics department, including mentoring and training.
5. Analyze and interpret Economics data to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
6. Collaborate with other departments to integrate Economics with other subjects and promote interdisciplinary learning.
7. Contribute to the development of Economics resources, including textbooks, study materials, and digital content.
8. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum development, teaching strategies, and student performance.
9. Contribute to the school's annual board results, working with other departments to achieve academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Economics with B.Ed/D.El.Ed. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Economics, preferably in a school setting, is required. NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
