- Develop and implement engaging Physical Education curricula, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards and our school's academic vision.
- Mentor and support junior Physical Education staff, helping them develop their teaching skills and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Physical Education with other subjects, promoting holistic learning.
- Analyze and interpret board exam results, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations, such as sports clubs and schools, to enhance our Physical Education programs.
- Plan and execute school sports events, tournaments, and festivals, promoting a culture of sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Supervise and manage Physical Education facilities, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Physical Education, aligning with our school's values and mission.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement school policies and programs related to physical education.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Post Graduate degree in Physical Education or a related field with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Physical Education, preferably in a school setting.
- A valid B.Ed. degree or equivalent.
- NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
