About This Role
Panchsheel Public School is looking for a Trained Graduate Teacher in Social Science for its Kalkaji campus. What You Will Do
Conduct daily Social Science classes for Grades 6 to 10 as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare monthly unit plans covering History, Geography and Political Science themes.
Organize field trips to nearby monuments and markets to connect textbook content with local surroundings.
Set and check periodic written assignments and map-based tests.
Maintain subject resource files with question banks and answer keys.
Collaborate with the Social Science department to align assessments with school-wide standards.
Participate in PTMs to share student progress with parents.
Contribute to school events like Independence Day quizzes and Republic Day declamations.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science, Economics).
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized institution.
CTET or TET certificate is desirable but not mandatory.
Minimum three years of teaching experience in Social Science at secondary level.
Familiarity with CBSE Social Science syllabus and exam patterns preferred.
