Role Summary
We are looking for a Non-Teaching Trained (NTT) English Teacher to join our team at G.d Goenka Public School, Dwarka. As an NTT English Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them develop a strong foundation in English language skills.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students from Class I to V.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to participate and take risks.
- Assess student progress and adjust your teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the English curriculum.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to update your knowledge and skills.
- Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for the English department.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree in English or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred. You must have at least 3 years of experience in teaching English to students from Class I to V. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, along with other benefits as per school policy.
