What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students from Nursery to Class V.
2. Prepare and implement lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations as per the school curriculum.
3. Develop and maintain a positive learning environment, fostering creativity and critical thinking in students.
4. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement English language programs.
6. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.
7. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
9. Contribute to the school's English language initiatives and programs.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- 2 years of teaching experience
- Proficiency in English language
Good to Have:
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience in teaching English language to students with varying needs and abilities
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum
