About This Role
Shiksha Bharati Global School is looking for an NTT Hindi Teacher to join the vibrant Dwarka campus. This is a full-time role where you will introduce young learners to the beauty of Hindi through songs, stories, and interactive activities. Your focus will be on building foundational language skills in a playful yet structured manner.
How You Will Teach
You will conduct Hindi sessions using flashcards, rhymes, and picture books to make learning engaging. Phonetic drills and simple sentence-building exercises will form part of daily lessons. Occasional storytelling sessions with moral themes will help reinforce cultural values alongside language skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan weekly Hindi lesson plans aligned with the NTT curriculum for Nursery and Kindergarten.
Prepare teaching aids such as flashcards, puppets, and charts for interactive learning.
Assess students through oral quizzes, picture-based tests, and simple writing exercises.
Conduct morning assembly sessions in Hindi to encourage spoken practice.
Organize Hindi recitation competitions and cultural events for young learners.
Maintain attendance and progress records for each child in Hindi class.
Collaborate with the pre-primary team to integrate Hindi with other subjects.
Attend staff meetings and share feedback on student participation and improvement.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with Hindi as a subject or Hindi as the main medium of study.
D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree with Hindi specialization is mandatory.
TET/CTET certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Hindi to pre-primary or early primary students.

What You Get
Monthly salary ranging from Rs.22,000 to Rs.35,000 based on qualifications and experience.
