Key Responsibilities
As a PGT Accountancy Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing differentiated instructional plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities
- Providing individualized support to students who require extra help, including those with special needs
- Conducting formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Providing regular feedback to students on their performance and progress
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage students in Accountancy lessons
- Maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related field (M.Com)
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
