Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver Business Studies lessons for Classes 11 and 12.
2. Create lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
3. Conduct regular tests and mock examinations for board exam readiness.
4. Use smart boards and digital resources for interactive teaching.
5. Organize commerce-related activities like stock market simulations.
6. Provide individual guidance during doubt-clearing sessions.
7. Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic progress.
8. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
9. Collaborate with the commerce department on curriculum updates.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Business Studies/Commerce from a recognized university
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes
- Experience with CBSE curriculum and exam patterns
- Residence or willingness to relocate to Dwarka, South West Delhi
Good to Have
- D.El.Ed or equivalent for additional certification
- TET/CTET qualification
- Experience with commerce Olympiad training
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 commerce guidelines
- Previous role in a reputed South West Delhi school
