- Analyse student performance data to implement targeted interventions and improve pass percentages.
- Contribute to school‑wide strategic planning meetings, representing the Business Studies perspective.
- Oversee the preparation of departmental resources, ensuring compliance with TET/CTET guidelines where applicable.
What You Bring
A post‑graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, and at least two years of teaching experience in Business Studies. Successful candidates will have a track record of effective classroom management and a passion for student leadership. Preference is given to those who have cleared TET or CTET and can demonstrate innovative teaching methods. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior school leadership, are essential.
