Job Description
Responsibilities
You will teach Chemistry to students in grades 11 and 12, ensuring alignment with the latest CBSE curriculum. Your lessons must cover core concepts like organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry with practical demonstrations where possible.
Classroom management includes maintaining discipline, engaging students actively, and adapting teaching methods to different learning levels. You will prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, assessments, and homework assignments to reinforce understanding.
Collaborate with the Chemistry faculty and subject coordinators to improve academic programs and resource allocation. Keep detailed records of student progress, attendance, and performance to support their growth.
Eligibility
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry along with a Master’s in Chemistry or a related field. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching at this level.
Experience in teaching Chemistry to high school students for at least two years is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
