You will also prepare annual reports on student performance and submit periodic evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in teaching quality. Maintaining a well-organized classroom and updating teaching resources like textbooks and multimedia materials will be essential.
To qualify for this PGT English Teacher position, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in English. A strong command of the English language, including fluency in both written and spoken forms, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
