Your Students
You will teach boys and girls aged 14 to 17 who are preparing for board exams and competitive Hindi language tests. Many students come from families where Hindi is the first language, yet they need structured guidance to excel in descriptive writing and poetic analysis. Your role is to build confidence and clarity in both spoken and written Hindi.
What You Will Do
Plan and deliver daily Hindi lessons aligned with CBSE syllabi and exam patterns. Use textbooks, reference books, and digital resources to make lessons engaging for adolescents. Regularly assign creative writing tasks, grammar drills, and literature discussions.
Conduct weekly tests and monthly assessments to track progress in reading, writing, and comprehension. Provide individual feedback and conduct doubt-clearing sessions after school hours. Share sample answer sheets and model essays to improve student performance.
Organize Hindi recitation competitions, debate sessions, and essay writing contests to promote language appreciation. Coordinate with the cultural team to integrate Hindi into school events and assemblies. Encourage students to read Hindi newspapers and magazines for current affairs exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Hindi from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory. Minimum three years of full-time teaching experience in Hindi at secondary or senior secondary level. CTET or TET preferred but not compulsory.
