Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum for Home Science subjects
- Coach students for board exams, focusing on practical skills and theory
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment in the Home Science lab
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary learning
- Provide guidance to non-teaching staff on Home Science-related matters
- Develop and implement projects to promote community engagement and awareness about Home Science
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns
- Participate in school events and activities, including science fairs and competitions
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree in Home Science or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required, with a strong track record of academic achievement. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or are in the process of clearing it.
