- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and mock tests, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor students preparing for national exams such as UGC‑NET, CSIR‑NET, and other competitive tests.
- Coordinate with co‑ordinators for inter‑disciplinary projects and school science fairs.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student progress reports.
- Participate in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum development and school initiatives.
- Engage parents during parent‑teacher conferences, discussing student progress and strategies for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in physics education and incorporate relevant topics into the syllabus.
