Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver 6–7 theory periods and 2–3 practical or demonstration slots per week, aligned with CBSE blueprints. Create and upload concept videos, MCQ banks, and numerical problem sets on the LMS before each unit. Run weekly Google Meet doubt-clearing sessions for students who opt for online support.
Conduct monthly flipped-classroom projects where students design simple physics experiments using everyday materials and present findings via shared drives. Maintain a live grade sheet on the LMS, updated within 48 hours of assessments. Collaborate with the STEM lab coordinator to integrate simulations into hands-on activities.
Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot student access issues for digital content during school hours. Participate in quarterly curriculum alignment workshops where new simulations and AR demos are evaluated.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Prior experience in Grades 11–12 is essential. TET or CTET is not required but will be considered an asset.
Skills We Value
Digital literacy in LMS administration, Google Workspace for Education, and basic Python or Arduino for simple data-logging tasks. Experience with PhET, Labster, or similar virtual labs is advantageous. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary for seamless classroom communication.
Perks and Pay
The position offers a full-time package between Rs.50,000 and Rs.75,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated tech integration skills. In-house professional development in blended learning tools is provided at no cost.
