The successful candidate will not only teach Physics to students but also take on additional responsibilities as a senior member of the Physics department. Key Responsibilities
As a PGT Physics Teacher at Sam International School, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering engaging Physics lessons to students of different age groups, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
* Developing and implementing the Physics curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the CBSE guidelines.
* Mentoring junior staff members, sharing your expertise and experience to enhance their teaching skills.
* Contribute to the development of the Physics department, including curriculum planning, assessments, and exams.
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress, preparing reports, and providing feedback.
* Participating in staff meetings, contributing to the decision-making process, and representing the Physics department.
* Collaborating with other departments to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
* Ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student well-being and safety.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
* A Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
* A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in a senior role.
* Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared NET or SET in Physics.

You will work closely with the Vice Principal to develop your leadership skills, attending training programs and workshops in Delhi to enhance your teaching and leadership abilities.
