PGT Political Science Teacher Job in South West Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
Role Summary
Shiksha Bharati Global School, Dwarka, South West Delhi, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Political Science Teacher to join our faculty. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Political Science to students of Class 11 and 12.
What You Will Do
- Teach Political Science to Class 11 and 12 students as per the school curriculum
- Prepare and deliver lectures, assignments, and assessments to students
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Conduct remedial classes for students who require extra support
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Political Science and implement them in the classroom
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field from a recognized university
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Political Science and its application in everyday life
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- CTET/TET certification (not mandatory)
- Experience in teaching students with varying learning abilities
- Familiarity with school management systems and tools
- Ability to work in a team and lead collaborative projects
