Requirements
- Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and contemporary usage.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that resonate with students in Najafgarh.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Hindi and English.

Compensation
Salary range: Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
