Role Summary

Who You Will Teach
You will be teaching English to students in classes 6 to 8, fostering a love for literature and developing their communication skills. Your classes will consist of students from diverse backgrounds, with varying learning abilities.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons, aligned with the CBSE curriculum
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve their language skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement school-wide English language programs
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings to keep parents informed about student progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social skills and teamwork
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and stimulating English language resource room
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, promoting English language use and cultural exchange
- Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in English language teaching
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree in English Literature or a related field. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English to students in classes 6 to 8.
