As a TGT Social Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students in grades 6-10. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a deep understanding of Social Science concepts.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons to students in grades 6-10.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans to ensure student understanding and engagement.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on new Social Science curriculum and developments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
