Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Marathi classes, ensuring alignment with the CBSE curriculum
- Coach students for board exams, providing guidance on exam strategies and time management
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the HOD (Head of Department) to develop and implement departmental policies
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings to discuss student performance and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies
- Participate in school events, such as cultural festivals and literary competitions
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and results
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing inventory and ordering supplies
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) and a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. A TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not mandatory. Your expertise in the Marathi language and curriculum will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our students.
