3. Maintain a well-organized and equipped laboratory, adhering to school standards.
4. Assist students in setting up and conducting experiments, providing guidance and support.
5. Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student learning.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
7. Provide feedback to students on their laboratory work and experimental design.
8. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
Required Qualifications
1. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
2. Teaching experience of at least 3 years in a school setting.
3. Strong knowledge of Chemistry and laboratory practices.
4. Ability to work with students of diverse learning levels and abilities.
Preferred Skills
1. Inclusive pedagogy and teaching practices.
2. Patience and understanding when working with students.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
