What You Will Do

Prepare low-cost teaching aids using recycled materials found in Patel Nagar markets—cardboard boxes, old calendars, fabric scraps—to keep costs within school budgets.
Collaborate with NTT colleagues to align Evs themes with the broader nursery curriculum, ensuring continuity between language, math, and environmental concepts.
Organise monthly Evs field trips within a 2 km radius—local nurseries, small parks, or even the school’s own kitchen garden—to make the neighbourhood the classroom.
Document each child’s observations in simple picture journals that parents can flip through during open-house interactions.
Attend fortnightly Evs planning meetings where teachers share what worked and what needs tweaking.
Use everyday Hindi and English words during lessons so parents feel confident reinforcing the same vocabulary at home.
Support school events like “Green Diya” craft sessions or “Rainwater Harvesting Week” by preparing age-appropriate activities for toddlers.
