Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Hindi language lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Utilize digital tools such as Google Classroom and LMS to create and distribute learning materials, track student progress, and communicate with parents.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students using digital tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Hindi language initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive record of student progress and assessment results.
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents through digital channels.
- Contribute to the development of the school's Hindi language curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field and have completed a B.Ed or D.El.Ed program. Prior experience as a Hindi teacher, especially in a school setting, is highly desirable. TET or CTET certification is not mandatory but preferred.
