What You Will Do
Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for Classes 11 and 12. Design practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts in the lab. Guide students for competitive exams like JEE Main and NEET by offering targeted problem-solving sessions.
Coordinate with the department to create term-wise lesson plans and assessment schedules. Organize monthly unit tests and half-yearly exams with detailed analysis for improvement. Lead the Chemistry Olympiad and Science Exhibition initiatives at school level.
Provide individual mentoring to students weak in stoichiometry or organic reaction mechanisms. Collaborate with senior management to set academic benchmarks for Chemistry across the senior secondary section. Prepare students for CBSE board practical exams with rigorous lab sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory. Candidates must have completed D.El.Ed if applying through that route.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at senior secondary level. TET or CTET qualification will be given preference during selection. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for classroom delivery and communication.
