- Deliver engaging PGT level English lessons to classes 8‑10.
- Design and assess curriculum aligned with the state board syllabus.
- Mentor students in essay writing, debate, and creative writing clubs.
- Coordinate with other teachers to embed language skills across subjects.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain detailed attendance and academic progress records.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
- Contribute to school events such as literary fests and essay competitions.
Subject‑specific qualifications and expertise
Post‑graduate degree in English or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
Strong command of literary analysis, grammar, and contemporary English usage.
Experience with assessment tools and student counseling.

Salary and benefits
