Maintaining a well-organized classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and active participation. Assisting in school activities like inter-house competitions, fests, and cultural programs to showcase Hindi proficiency.
Qualification and Experience
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field are preferred. Teaching experience of at least two years in Hindi or a similar subject is essential.
A TET or CTET certificate is highly recommended but not mandatory for this role. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are a must, along with a passion for nurturing young minds through language education.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.42,000 to Rs.60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
