Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) History to join the faculty of Sm Arya Public School Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi. As a PGT History Teacher in West Delhi, you will be responsible for teaching History to students from Class 9 to Class 12.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach History to students of Class 9 to Class 12
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans and materials for History classes
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Provide guidance and support to students in History classes
- Lead and participate in curriculum development and implementation for History
- Coach students for History board exams
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in school events and activities related to History education
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in History or related subject with minimum 4 years of teaching experience
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed with TET/CTET preferred
- Strong knowledge of History curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
