What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging Physics lessons for classes 11 and 12.
- Coach students for the board exams, focusing on problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the Physics curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Develop and maintain a resource-rich Physics laboratory.
- Foster a culture of scientific inquiry and experimentation in the classroom.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the school's academic planning.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as science fairs and competitions.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree for teaching certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Physics at the senior secondary level.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
