About This Role:
As a PGT Physics Teacher at Holy Convent School, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to students in grades 6-12. You will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to help students improve their understanding of complex scientific concepts. We're looking for a teacher who is passionate about Physics and has experience teaching students in a school setting.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Physics classes
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and implement new and innovative Physics lessons
- Create and distribute study materials, handouts, and assignments
- Conduct Physics experiments and demonstrations
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
- Participate in school events and activities
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification is required for teaching positions. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET exams.
Salary and Benefits:
