What You Will Do
As a PGT Political Science Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching Political Science to classes 11th and 12th
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to meet the academic needs of students
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Providing guidance and support to students outside the classroom
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development programs
- Participating in extracurricular activities such as quizzes, debates, and essay competitions
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree in Political Science or related subject
- B.Ed degree with a specialization in Political Science
- TET-appearing candidates are considered, but a valid TET certificate is preferred
- Candidates with a strong academic record and teaching experience are encouraged to apply
